Do we pay before or after the 7-day pilot?
You pay the $499 setup fee upfront to activate your pilot. This covers onboarding, configuration, and the 7-day operational run.
Is the pilot fee refundable?
No. This is a real engagement on your live business, not a demo login. In practice, most brokerages surface enough leakage and opportunity in the first week to justify the cost several times over.
What happens after 7 days?
You decide whether THE13TH has earned a place in your stack. If yes, you move onto the monthly platform (typically $699/month). If not, the pilot ends and your access is closed.
Do my agents need to learn a new system?
No. THE13TH sits above your existing tools and observes what’s already happening. It’s designed primarily for owners and managers as a decision layer.
How hard is it to integrate?
We start from what you already have: lead notification emails, website forms, portals, and other inbound channels. No CRM rip-and-replace is needed to get value in the first 7 days.
Do you support multiple offices?
